Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and packaging included.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, BASELAYER products (both tops and bottoms) and BOOT & SHOE CARE items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely package the items you’re returning including the original packaging and tags.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send your package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
